Speaking is my hobby. Speaking is a passion for me to tell stories from my everyday life and inspire people. Moreover, being a speaker helps you become more proficient at your own field. Once in a while I speak at conferences and user groups, or give lectures at the university. I love doing this, because I learn a lot – both from preparing my presentation and at the event itself. The face-to-face communication with other like-minded people creates new friendships and ideas we can work on together. Here you can find information about some of my talks, which I try to keep relatively up-to-date.

  1. Hi Boyan,
thanks for being at the presentation. How did you like it? I liked the questions afterwards because they signaled that people got it. But what was the feeling? Openness, resistance, skepticism? My experience is that a presentation like that can only be a starting point. So I hope it made people curious so that they would look on advertisingawesomeness.com to flip through the light version. I hope it’s a starter. I also left two books at the agency with Jakob Holme.

But I also know that you have a kinda party going on tonight. So if the people have forgotten on monday what happened and what it was about – I would love if you pass on advertisingawesomeness.com as the site and link for the free download of the light version. 😉 So that it helps them do awesome advertising.

    Have an awesome weekend, Mike

    • Hi Mike. The topic is indeed very interesting and the message you want to deliver is very simple – that is why most of the people got it straight away. The only minus, I would say, is the way presented it – I think (and some of my colleagues also think) that you were a bit unsure at some times while speaking. The audience needs some “actions” on stage, some “drama” in a way, to capture their attention entirely. My personal opinion is that you have done a great job, so now it can only be better and better 🙂

Have a nice weekend and looking forward to seeing you again.
